1. Who we are and why this exists

This site is operated by Sunthai Property (we / the agency). Sunthai Property is the official partner of Rhom Bho Property and sells residences in The Olive project. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

2. What we collect

  • Contact data you submit in forms: name, phone, email, preferred messenger, message text.
  • Technical data: IP address, user-agent, page URL where the form was submitted, referrer (where you came from), UTM tags of the ad campaign.
  • Cookie data: consent flag, UTM tags (90 days), analytics counters (only after your consent — Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics).

3. Why we collect it

  • To send you the materials you asked for: brochure, floor plans, pricing.
  • To follow up on the channel you chose.
  • To understand the effectiveness of marketing channels (UTM, analytics).
  • To protect the site from automated abuse (rate limiting, honeypot).

We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising. We may share your contact details with the developer Rhom Bho Property to facilitate a sale — only with your awareness and consent.

4. How long we keep data

Form submissions are kept in our CRM until the deal is closed or you ask us to delete them. UTM cookies live 90 days. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site. These trackers are not loaded until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner at the bottom of the screen.

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time — that will reset your consent.

6. Your rights

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw a previously given consent.
  • Correct or update your data.
